		<description>What a bizarre response from them. I wonder why they did that and didn&#039;t answer the question through a private message or otherwise. I think anyone that puts themselves or their organisation out there in or on social networking spaces is making a statement about their commitment to two-way communications and interaction. To ban someone for asking a question through that space seems to fly in the face of the very point of having a presence on social networks.</description>
