Our brand work often covers whole organisations, teams and departments, but sometimes it can even include individuals.

Professor Andrew Hoskins is a leading academic at the University of Glasgow with a specialism in memory, war and identity.

He approached Pickle Jar Communications as he wanted to raise the profile of his work and himself, and embraced the idea that developing a personal brand and visual identity would be key.

During 2021 we worked with Andrew to create a visual identity and personal brand, including a logo, typeface, colour scheme, and tone and voice propositions.

We then designed and built Andrew’s personal website using the Squarespace platform and provided bespoke advice and training to Andrew on bringing his personal brand into his wider social media activity.
