Preventing the burnout pandemic

While today’s economic and political climates in higher education bring growing pressures, they also present a powerful opportunity for marketing, student recruitment and content teams to demonstrate the critical value you bring to the sector’s long-term sustainability. But to meet these demands, you have to be well, and stay well, to avoid the risk of burnout.

On this webinar, you will explore the definition of burnout and typical symptoms so that you can recognise early warning signs in yourself and others. We will also provide you with evidence-based introductions to elements within Hayhurst & Co's "building blocks for a healthy culture" model which include: emotional intelligence, psychological safety and personal resilience.
