City, University of London is a public research university with the highest proportion of non-EU students of any university in the UK, and close links to the City of London.

Pickle Jar had already worked with City, University of London to develop their social media strategy, and we teamed up again to implement that plan of action.

We were retained as a “critical friend” and advisor, providing guidance, a fresh perspective and helping their strategy stay on track as well as occasional support for content creation and planning.

We assisted with wider internal engagement, supported benchmarking activities that would help the University report on the performance of the strategy, and were on hand to provide advice and help when required.

This type of ongoing support can be hugely valuable to an institution. It has been a huge help to City University London, as it ensures that the implementation stays true to the vision, and that there’s a helping hand to assist with any obstacles that appear on the way.
